I’ve created this blog to share recipes, wellness tidbits, lifestyle, beauty and fashion tips for the career driven woman. My goal is to minimize your stress and cut through the information overload, on how to achieve a healthy productive lifestyle, by breaking it down into simple bites to fit your individual needs so that you can focus on making a difference! I’ve always been extremely passionate about wellness, specifically nutrition. I remember taking a Foods & Nutrition class in high school and being completely fascinated. While attending Peru State College, I learned about corporate wellness programs and immediately became interested in how I could help people lead healthier and more productive lives while they were at work. I’m currently working full time in human resources where I have been able to learn how there is much more to a person’s well being than just nutrition – focusing on strengths, productivity, communication, professional/personal development and much more!

In my free time, I still research nutrition science and in 2017 I decided to round out my career by obtaining a Nutritional Therapy Consultant certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association. I am motivated to empower people to lead healthier lives, achieve their goals, and create a sustainable balanced life.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and dog, traveling to new places, hiking, photography, interior design (I am obsessed with copper accents, hence the name of my blog), reading and listening to podcasts.

I live in Lincoln, Nebraska with my husband, Kyle and our Newfoundland dog, Goomba.
