I work with clients one on one as a Nutritional Therapy Consultant by taking a holistic approach to wellness by making lasting lifestyle changes through nutrition, movement, stress management and self-care. I see clients from all over the world and sessions can be held over the phone or virtually (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, etc).
I specialize in stress and adrenal fatigue but I can also work with clients to address digestive issues, weight management, blood sugar regulation, hormonal imbalance and other health concerns.
How does it work:
First, we will start off with an initial consultation where we review your current health concerns, lifestyle and goals.
Next, I will create an individualized plan for you and I will be by your side during the entire process.
Then we schedule follow up sessions where we can evaluate your progress and tweak things if necessary.
