Homemade Maple Pecan Milk

Better than any store bought alternative milk! Maple pecan is a unique flavor you can sip on or add to your morning smoothie.


  • 1 cup pecans raw or lightly toasted
  • 4 cupa filtered water
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. Lightly toast your pecans on the stove or opt to use raw pecans.

  2. Add to your high speed blender with the water, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

  3. Blend on high for two minutes.

  4. No need to strain, just pour into a glass jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
